Can You Feel It?
Posted by: Executive Producer, Julie Fike
Can you feel Spring in the air? It seems like so long ago when the ice and snow storms were in a perpetual cycle in the Metro area. Now we've got Spring showers and highs of 70.
Both Buddy (the dog) and I had a spring in our step when we went running at Lake Hefner. It was a little breezy but I was feeling good, breathing the fresh air and I looked down to my wrinkly face friend (he's half shar-pei) and I swear he was smiling too.
He was running without a care in the world. The wind was going a bit but he put his face into it and just squinted his eyes. Then his ears got into it and they started floating and flapping on the side of his face. He looked as if he could take off and fly at any second!
I know with Spring sometimes the weather turns severe but then again it's like the 'ol saying, nothing good comes easy. See you at the Lake!
