Countdown to Root Canal

Last week I found out I have to have root canal.
I am scared out of my mind.
Just the idea of a root canal makes me nervous.
We are counting down, D-(for decay) Day is this Friday.
My dentist has informed me it is not a big deal, and it will only take 2 hours.
My co-anchors John and Rusty have both been under the drill and had a root canal.
I am doing my normal thing and googling "root canal" to get some background information...
in the process I am having anxiety attacks.

It is not as bad as one would imagine. I recently had the 'privilege' of undergoing this procedure, and, outside of a little bit of soreness, I was back at work on the next day.
As long as a competent dentist is performing the procedure, there will be no need to worry about it.
