Did you see trainer Laura's guns on the Morning Show today!
She comes on every Tuesday to help us all get in shape.
This morning she highlighted how we all can be buff and tough up top.

This week she did not do a demostration starring John Flick like she normally does...HMMM I wonder why!!

It really reinforces that during the holiday there are ways to stay fit and trim and still enjoy all the meats and treats!
