I went for a run/walk mix yesterday afternoon.
I told John Flick about it this morning and he couldn't believe his ears!
I am trying to appreciate nature, but the bugs and heat get in the way.

I am on standby for my my new niece's arrival.
She could come any minute.
I already have a nephew, so a girl will be fun.

My sister is doing fine, ready to bring the new life in the world, and my nephew is excited about being a big brother, at least for now.

That is pretty much all that is going on in my life lately.

Make sure you watch the morning show tomorrow.
We are taking a close look at OHP Trooper Training.
John will take us through the intense physical and mental training!
