George Clooney's Pet Pig Died

That's a picture of George Clooney and his pet pig "Max".
Max was 18 years old and died this week.
Honestly I can't imagine having a pet pig, snake, lizard or ferret as a pet.
I am a dog lover, maybe because that is all I have ever owned.
And much like George Clooney I have had a pet or 6 die in my lifetime.
If you don't own a pet, you should know they can bring great joy to your life.
Maybe even pigs, snakes, lizards or ferrets.
My blog today I want to remember the pets I loved and lost.

Still going strong is my family's latest Rottweiler "Rocky", "Mason" and "Asha" both Cockapoo and "Bojangles" my sister's cat.

Do you have any pets now Tierney? It seems like you'd be a cat lover.
Right now I do not have any pets! Cats are starting to grow on me.
I was raised with dogs so they will forever be my favorite.
I will probably adopt from a pound in 2007! I need a four-legged friend in my life.
I applaud you for seeking a rescue pet rather than seeking out one from a breeder/pet store. There are too many GREAT animals tossed away by inconsiderate people. In addition to the local shelters, if you or anyone you know ever wants to find a specific breed or a great mutt that is a rescued animal needing a home, may I suggest www.petfinder.com
