I like this holiday a lot, whether I am single or involved.
It all started with my dad.
When I was little, he would send my two sisters and me flowers to school.
I remember feeling so special when the school secretary would walk in the class and hand me a single red rose in a vase.
The card would always say, "To my favorite girl! Love, Dad."
Although he would always tell me he loved me, on this day I could expect flowers!

Now I am older and wiser, and my dad is still up to it.
I walked into work this morning and found a card from my dad for Valentine's Day!

See why I am not married, who can top good ole' dad!!!

So I dedicate this blog to dads, moms, sisters, brothers, grandpas, grandmas, husbands, wives, children and whoever in your family takes time out to say they care on Valentine's Day.
