Christmas Gifts for Co-Workers
Posted By Tierney Cook
Right now I am typing this blog, and taking in the sweet scent of my new creamy vanilla candle.
This morning I came to my desk and found a gift addressed to me.
My 6am producer Derek thought enough of me this holiday season to get me a Christmas gift.
It's good to know you work with people who like and respect you enough to spend money on you.
Last year I admit, I totally forgot about my co-workers and did not get them anything for Christmas not even a card.
I felt bad, so this year, I made a trip to Wal-Mart and shopped for cards and a gift for my beloved co-workers.
Then I went home and slaved in the kitchen to cook pre-mixed and cut cookies.
They still did not turn out tasty despite the fact someone else did all the pre-production.
I guess it's the thought that counts.
So if you can make sure you show appreciation to the people in your personal and professional life.
Thanks to all my KOCOers who gave me gifts this year!
